Students begin on Tier 1 at no charge, with optional coaching and tutoring. Businesses pay only when a student is placed. Choose your package when you apply. This page is for clarity only.

Prices below. You select coaching, tutoring, both, or neither during your application. Take both and coaching drops to £12.99 a month.

Tier 1

Free

The default plan. Every student starts here.

Tier 2

Coaching

Priority coaching on applications, added on top of Tier 1.

Tier 3

Tutoring & Certification

£30 / hour

Optional extra tuition, paid per session.

  • Structured sessions with subject-matter tutors
  • Tutoring is paid in advance for each session
  • Focused on getting you ready for the work
  • 10 sessions recommended if you want additional tuition
  • Can be added at any time, with or without coaching

Best value

Coaching + Tutoring bundle

Select both during your application and coaching is £12.99 a month instead of £19.99, with one tutoring session included. Further tutoring is £30 an hour, paid in advance for each session.

Businesses

Basic or Advanced Tier

We charge 12.5% of National Living Wage for the hours the student actually works, plus a £50 deposit. Roughly half to a third of a traditional agency fee, and independent of the salary you agree with the student. Advanced Tier is a flat fee of £249.99. There is no retainer and no charge to submit a brief. You choose Basic or Advanced Tier when you submit your brief.

Basic
