Paid when TEC matches a student to your brief. They arrive trained in AI workplace integration, ready to put that into practice and to take on your other project work.

Hire more than one student from the talent marketplace. The average cost comes down.
Hire terms
The minimum hire is two weeks, at a minimum of 15 hours per week. Students must be paid at or above UK National Minimum Wage for their age. 21 and over: £12.71/hour. 18-20: £10.85/hour. 16-17: £8.00/hour.
The work
The student enters the firm and, on request, puts their AI workplace integration training into practice. They can work on that alone, or alongside your other project work. You tell Ask TEC which you want.

Students
Application is free for all students. The TEC AI Workplace Integration Course and accreditation is £49.99, partnering with some of the UK's top universities. About two weeks, then an assessment. Pass and you receive an accreditation recognised externally. It shows you can make a real difference inside SMEs. A match is not guaranteed. A strong application puts you on the marketplace in front of hundreds of firms.
